No longer grounded!
Well my punishment ended abruptly this weekend when the man dropped a couch on me.
Yes, you read that right. He dropped a couch on me!
The Woman lost one of her rings (something about a wedding set-whatever that means), and they were looking for it. so they tipped up the couch. I being the helpful kitty I am decided to give them a hand. Apparently they didn't notice me under the couch when the man put it back.
nothing broken, but my ears were ringing for days.
and I'm off punishement. In fact, perhaps it's the MAN'S turn to be grounded.

CONGRATS! (On the end of your punishment...not the couch incident)
Every Saturday morning, my mom lifts the couch to reveal all of our toy mice (about a dozen). She hasn't lowered the boom on us yet, but she's come close at times.

Moses kitty would you like to come live with us??? We don't consider your people safe to live with. If the man isn't grounded that's totally unfair.

I'm so glad you're okay! That was scary! I would, in the future, stay away from the man when he's standing anywhere near furniture. I'm VERY glad you're punishment is over, and the man should be severely punished for a LONNNNG time!
